Meet David Couper
David Couper is the CEO and founder of Transformational Services LLC and formerly led David Couper Consulting. He brings more than 30 years of experience across coaching, leadership development, training, and organizational change.
His background includes Senior Statewide Training Manager at Kaiser Permanente, Vice President of Training and Development at Countrywide Home Loans, consultant at Arthur Andersen, and Vistage Chair working with CEOs and business owners. His international career includes the United Kingdom, Japan, Latin America, and the United States.
David combines personal awareness, practical leadership skills, and attention to execution. He helps leaders from the C-suite to the frontline connect how they lead with what their teams need to accomplish.
